Catalog description

This course is a survey focused on the comparative examination of particular themes in the history of sexuality worldwide from the society of ancient Greece to the modern world. Students will be introduced to the historical study of such themes as same-sex behavior, pornography, prostitution, birth control and disease, among others. PREREQ: SOPHOMORE STANDING OR CONSENT OF INSTRUCTOR
