This course introduces students to the principles of real estate law, with a focus on the rules and regulations governing real estate ownership, transactions, and development, including topics such as the nature of real and personal property, ownership rights and interests in real property, landlord/tenant law, contracts, finance, land use, water, and environmental law. PREREQ: FNBSLW 341 AND ((COBE MAJOR: 2.50 CUMULATIVE GPA) OR (NON-COBE MAJOR/MINOR/COBE MINOR: 60 CREDITS AND 2.00 CUMULATIVE GPA))
