Includes topics such as legal systems, court procedure, business torts and crimes, contracts and related areas of the Uniform Commerical Code, government regulation of business, and the ethical and legal rights and duties of individuals and businesses in our society. PREREQ: MINIMUM JUNIOR STANDING AND ((COBE MAJOR: 2.50 CUMULATIVE GPA) OR (NON-COBE MAJOR/MINOR/COBE MINOR: 60 CREDITS AND 2.00 CUMULATIVE GPA))
