Catalog description

This course aims to prepare students to integrate technology into curriculum and instruction, as well as to understand and teach in school settings with diverse populations. The major topics of the course include the application of digital tools, the integration of technology into learning, the experiences of diverse pupils, and the role of teachers in establishing an equitable learning environment by leveraging multicultural children's literature and various technologies. Students will also apply digital tools to enrich teaching practices, reflect on their pedagogical decisions, critically analyze how technology integration may impact learning, and foster the responsible and ethical use of technology. PREREQ: MUST BE ADMITTED TO ELEMENTARY MIDDLE EDUCATION MSE
