Students today come to school with wide-ranging backgrounds and experiences, many of which impact their performance at school. This course seeks to equip teachers with skills to create classroom and school environments where all students feel safe and supported. Teachers must prepare inclusive instruction and culturally responsive practices to provide students with multicultural knowledge, skills, and dispositions.
