INTEGRATING THE CREATIVE ARTS INTO TEACHING CURRICULUM

Catalog description

This course will serve as a foundation for integrating arts across K¿9 Curriculum. Students will explore principles, methods, and materials for infusing the arts into school¿wide curricular, specifically language arts, mathematics, the sciences, and history/social studies. Students will experience music, movement, visual arts, storytelling, and drama through process¿oriented experiences to support teaching and learning in the content areas. PREREQ: ADMISSION TO PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION
