Catalog description
Inclusive teaching refers to pedagogy that strives to serve the needs of all students, regardless of their backgrounds or identities, and to support their engagement with subject material. In this course, we explore eight principles for inclusive teaching and their impacts on learning. The knowledge products and practices addressed in this course serve as the foundation for further knowledge construction throughout the residency program. The assignments and activities undertaken in this course will be revisited and revised in future residency courses.
