Topics include Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Participants analyze case law, statutes, and regulations related to student rights, accommodations, and disciplinary procedures. Emphasis is placed on understanding the intersection of law and practice in providing equitable educational opportunities for students with disabilities.
