Catalog description

This course provides a broad introduction to Deep Learning. Topics include but are not limited to Perceptrons, Feed-forward networks, Convolutional Neural networks and transformers. Particular focus will be on the theoretical understanding of these methods, as well as their practical applications. PREREQ:ADMISSION TO GRADUATE PROGRAM IN COMPUTER SCIENCE COREQ: PRIOR COMPLETION OR CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT IN ( COMPSCI 723 OR COMPSCI 732 OR COMPSCI 761 )
