Catalog description

This course teaches intermediate-level programming techniques in the Python programming language. Topics include object-oriented programming, advanced file I/O, library management, exception handling, dictionaries, functional programming, and simple networking protocols. Coverage may also include graphical user interfaces, data visualization, cryptographic tools, or other library-specific functionality. PREREQ: C OR BETTER IN ( COMPSCI 170 OR ITSCM 180 )
