This capstone course provides an exploration of training and development within corporate contexts, focusing on the critical skills required to assess organizational needs, design, implement, and evaluate effective training content and programs. You will apply theoretical frameworks and best practices in adult learning, training methodology, and corporate communication to develop training materials, facilitate productive learning experiences, and assess outcomes.
