This course offers a deep dive into conflict analysis and management from a communication perspective, with an emphasis on personal responsibility, reflection, and ethical decision-making. Throughout the semester, we will delve into theories, techniques, and strategies, practicing how to interpret, critique, and intervene in conflicts at various levels—including intrapersonal, interpersonal, and organizational. Through application activities, assignments, and a semester project, you will develop essential skills for analyzing and managing conflicts, with a special emphasis on handling conflicts in corporate environments, ultimately preparing you for the real-world challenges of your future career. PREREQ: MINIMUM SOPHOMORE STANDING
