This course provides introductory knowledge of typical disfluencies with a primary focus on the physiological bases of stuttering. Students will learn principles underlying prevention, assessment, and treatment of stuttering across the lifespan. PREREQ: ADMISSION TO UPPER DIVISION COMDIS COURSES OR INSTRUCTOR CONSENT
