Formal study of the Spanish language, culture, and literature usually at UW-Superior's cooperating institution in Valladolid, Spain. Students attend lectures on Spanish-speaking countries, culture and history, the environment, women's issues, literature and the arts. Includes home stays with families and opportunities for travel within the country. Information is available in the Department of Languages, Literatures, and Cultures. Program must be approved by the department before departure and consent of instructor is required.
