Through attendance of a series of Zoom-based workshops and with continued reflection, this course will provide students the opportunity to concentrate their formal studies in non-technical Artificial Intelligence with others who are currently skill-building in this content area. It will cover many of the topics that are integral to building a solid knowledge base as well as developing the job skills necessary for today’s workforce. This course allows students to interact and network with community members who have responsibilities in the fields of small business ownership and a variety of industry professionals. This course introduces the history, everyday tools, ethical and strategic uses, and increased productivity techniques related to artificial intelligence. Topics covered include: Demystifying AI, Three Faces of AI, Prompt Power, AI & Ethics, AI & Law, Building AI Strategy for Workflow, Keeping AI on Track, Derisking AI, Working Together with AI, and AI and What’s Coming Next.
