Catalog description

Essential concepts and techniques of video production technologies and their use. Students develop competency and foundational knowledge in the areas of camera systems, dynamic range and chroma sampling capabilities, lenses/optics, video acquisition formats/codecs/compression, video signal analysis, video distribution platforms and file preparation. Prerequisite: take PHOTO-130 .
