Catalog description
Regression analysis with a focus of analyzing real-world data, applying Linear, Polynomial, Logistic, Poisson and Non-parametric regression models. Software is used to explore real data, examine various regression models, assess the validity of assumptions, and determine the best fits. Prerequisite(s): take either MATH 250 or MATH 275 and either STAT 130 or STAT 320 or STAT 330
