Catalog description

Work on cutting edge-physics experiments in teams. Develop verbal communication and scientific writing skills. Basics of experimental design and how to analyze and explain data. Experiments involving lasers, plasmas, and other topics. Develop skills required to work in teams. No previous physics knowledge needed. Prerequisite: Math competency equivalent to Placement Level 2 or higher, or completion of MATH 120
