Catalog description

Nanoscale manufacturing techniques related to the semiconductor industry. Techniques such as bulk crystal processing and doping, device patterning (lithography), thin film etching, thin film deposition, metallization, chemical-mechanical polishing, and packaging will be discussed. Prerequisite: take NANO 230 or NANO 301 or CHEM 245 or CHEM 241
