Discussions on applied leadership in small unit operations. Study, practice, and apply the fundamentals of direct level leadership and small unit tactics at the platoon level for offensive and defensive operations. Emphasis is placed on improving oral and written communication abilities through professional briefings, OPORD production, and mission execution. Instructor's Consent Required Prerequisites: take MSL 201 , MSL 202 and MSL 301
