Study, practice, and apply the fundamentals of Army Leadership, Officership, Army Values, Personal Development, and tactics. Develop planning, coordinating, navigating, motivating and leading a mission using OPORD's. Conduct self and peer review of students' abilities and how to improve those leader skills that can develop you into a successful officer. Instructor's Consent Required Prerequisites: take MSL 201 and MSL 202
