Catalog description

Modeling and analysis of dynamic systems with a focus on mechanical applications. Analysis of electrical, thermal, and fluid elements conducted through the lens of their mechanical analogs. Techniques for the development of time domain solutions and frequency domain solutions including differential equations, block diagram representation, computer simulation, numerical methods, and linearization. Prerequisites: take ENGR 292 and ME 352 . Mechanical Engineering students only Corequisites: take ENGR 363 and ME 392 (or take as prerequisites)
