Exploration of public health emergency planning through stakeholder engagement, crisis communication, and all-hazards emergency operations plan (EOP) development. Analysis of real-world plans, mutual aid strategies, and tabletop exercise critiques. After-action reviews and delivery of a professional emergency preparedness presentation based on applied planning and evaluation skills.
