Processing principles of thermoforming and blow molding. Film and sheet production, heating and forming methods, draw ratios and part thinning, tooling and mold design, materials selection, defect analysis, and product design. Laboratory‐based process analysis and industrial practice. Prerequisite: take either ETECH-250 or ETECH-251
