Application of instrumental methods to chemical analysis: electrochemical, spectrophotometric, chromatographic, and thermal analysis. Techniques for methods development, sample preparation, optimization of operating conditions, and data analysis needed to obtain accurate, reproducible results by means of instrumentation. Prerequisite: take CHEM-331
