Key components of employment law and its application in the workforce through case studies. Assessment of employment laws on corporate decision making and the attendant ethics. Analysis of compensation frameworks and regulatory requirements, facilitation of cross-functional collaboration, and preparation of actionable reports to address organizational challenges.
