Law and ethics relative to businesses including the American legal system, the Constitution, contracts, torts, agency and sale of goods are discussed and analyzed through the use of the Uniform Commercial Code, cases and problems. Examine the influence of technology and globalization on businesses with emphasis on law and business. Prerequisites: Completed 24 credits
