Biopsychosocial understanding of mental health and mental illness across the lifespan. Overviews the theory and research on major disorders in the current DSM with a focus on assessment and diagnosis. Examines etiology, developmental course, cultural factors, and treatment interventions. This course is part of a service-based pricing program. Special tuition will apply for students enrolling in this course.
