Critical analysis of the roles of racism, oppression, and privilege in shaping the human experience including dimensions of diversity and intersectionality. Strategies for anti-racist, anti-oppressive, equitable, and inclusive social work practice. Use of critical reflection, self-awareness, and self-regulation to demonstrate cultural humility. Applications to student practicum experience. This course is part of a service-based pricing program. Special tuition will apply for students enrolling in this course.
