Substance use disorders assessment, diagnosis, clinical evaluation, treatment planning, application of counseling theories, evidence-based interventions, and case management with diverse populations. Includes motivational interviewing, harm reduction, medication assisted treatment, relapse prevention, and recovery approaches. Available for undergraduate credit as SW 384. This course is part of a service-based pricing program. Special tuition will apply for students enrolling in this course.
