Overview of the anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, bioenergetics, and psychology profiles of different athlete groups. Hands-on instruction of strength and conditioning exercises and coaching models, including the utility and application of biomechanical concepts in teaching exercise progression from novice to complex movements. Available for graduate credit as HSW 655.
