Catalog description

Introduction to personal, organizational, community, and social resilience, including a focus on processes within the brain that influence performance, decision-making, and interaction. Students will develop skills to lead change, encourage resilience, and manage transitions. Topics covered include wellness, emotion regulation, cognitive flexibility, mindfulness, positive emotions and stress management, and high-quality connections. This course is part of a service-based pricing program. Special tuition will apply for students enrolling in this course.
