Understand the life cycle of a consulting project including how to identify and define consulting opportunities, develop proposals, perform diagnostics, develop solutions, create an effective implementation plan and present findings. Develop creative, critical and design thinking skills, by understanding appropriate frameworks to assess, diagnose, suggest and implement solutions.
