Catalog description

Emphasis on the application of Lean Six Sigma problem solving tools to approach business problems when a cause and solution are not apparent. Provide concepts of project selection, project definition and scoping, quantifying current business impact, uncovering root causes, testing and implementing solutions, establishing appropriate controls to maintain project gains and driving change using roadmaps and toolkits. Available for undergraduate credit as BUS 365.
