Survey of real estate principles and practices, the economic environment and valuation. Topics include nature of real property; organization and structure of real-estate markets; alternative land uses; financing and valuation of real estate; and the legal environment. Successful completion of the course will satisfy the 72-hour pre-license course requirement to apply for a Real Estate Salesperson license.
