Catalog description

This course has the twofold goal of cultivating your ability to critically read TESOL research while also preparing you for writing your Capstone papers for the TESOL Program. Students are introduced to the field of TESOL research and the knowledge production process in this field. Students will gain better insight about what this field is, what it does, and the typical methods and procedures used. In this way, the course aims to prepare you for writing professional papers and articles, conducting your own research, and in other capacities fully engage as an expert in the field. Prerequisite: Admittance into the TESOL MA Program. (F)
