Catalog description

This course introduces the strategies and theories of teaching modern language, and techniques for teaching language and culture, for using technology, and for evaluation. The focus will be on instruction at the early childhood, middle childhood, and adolescent levels, as well as on national standards of language curriculum development. Field experience required: (25 hours). Prerequisites: SPAN 302 and Admission to Teacher Education or EPP Admission Tier II. (Every third semester)
