This course provides experiences in assessing needs and requirements of varied childcare facilities and preschools for young children and the communities they serve, issues explored will include the role of director, staffing and training guidelines, personnel supervision, budget development and funding, resource planning and acquisition, guidance and classroom management, curriculum design, plant and equipment maintenance enrollment and public relations, community events and licensing requirements.
