Introduction to Plant Science

In this course, students will study plant morphology, reproduction, growth and development with a focus on economic utilization of plants and sustainable production practices. Students will examine the effects of environmental factors including light, temperature and water on growth and productivity. The laboratory actively engages students with live plants.
