Capstone Design

Catalog description

In this course, students will design and test a product to fulfill a particular purpose or design, execute, and analyze the results of an experiment to answer a particular question. Students will work on their project independently, but under the supervision of a faculty mentor. Students submit a final written report and make a formal presentation to the Physics department. This is a writing intensive class. Prerequisites: senior standing. (F, Sp)
