Catalog description

Essentials of computer programming for scientists and engineers using the C programming language. Topics include data types, file I/O, branching and control statements, loops, data arrays and functions. Computer applications will draw on practical problems in physics and engineering. Python and interactive python notebooks will be introduced. Prerequisites: MATH 166 or consent of instructor.(F)
