Catalog description

This course introduces students to the science behind our current understanding of the brain and nervous system, from the level of cell function to the level of organismal behavior and perception. Students will also engage in laboratory techniques prevalent in neuroscience to gain an appreciation and understanding of the physiological, anatomical, pharmacological, and evolutionary concepts in the field. Prerequisites: none. (F)
