In this course students will study scales, tonality, keys, modes, intervals, transposition, chords, cadences, non-harmonic tones, counterpoint, 4-part writing, harmonic progression, and harmonic rhythm. Prerequisites: Music Skills Assessment, administered by Music Program faculty; consent of the instructor required Offering Term(s): Spring
