Catalog description

This course examines the interconnection of music and video games with culture and society. By playing, viewing, and analyzing video games of different genres, students may learn how music impacts this popular media. The video games studied represent a wide range of world cultures and artistic endeavors. Students will focus on written review/critique as the primary mode of analysis with discussion forums for building a dialogue among classmates. Prerequisites: NONE Offering Term(s): Fall, SS, Spring, Winter
