Introduces student to issues and competencies that are central to a commissioned officer's responsibilities. Establishes framework for understanding officership, leadership, and Army values and "life skills" such as physical fitness and time management. The lab provides instruction on squad movement techniques, map reading, fist aid, physical fitness and military formations. (F).
