Catalog description
Graduate students will design their own elective within a three phase framework. Firstly, they will undertake and share a review of relevant literature. Secondly, they will actively research through interviews, surveys, field visits and observations. Finally, they will devise a plan for applying what they have learned to their current or intended professional work environment and participate in self-reflective practices on the leadership skills and knowledge required. Prerequisite: MONT 800 or Program Director's Permission. (As Offered)
