Catalog description
Participants will explore techniques for effective educational leadership including preparation of the environment, scheduling, assessment, lesson strategies, and guidance in diverse classroom cultures. They will also focus on establishing parent-educator partnerships and techniques of administration. Through reflective practice, students will learn to view educational leadership as a transformative process. Prerequisite: MONT 500; and MONT 710 or MONT 722 or MONT 732 or MONT 742; or permission of instructor.
