Catalog description

The participants will learn to provide experiences for the child in the sensorial area using materials that educate and refine the child's senses. Participants will focus on the philosophy and methods that support the sensorial curriculum. Participants will learn to provide learning experiences that invite the child to recognize similarities and differences, to discriminate between similar objects, and to grade similar objects. Prerequisites: MONT 500 Montessori Philosophy and Pedagogy or Consent of Instructor.
