This course engages students in understanding the entrepreneurial ecosystem and business model innovation strategies. Insight will be gained in creating and delivering value for organizations via business model analysis for startups and established organizations. Students will be introduced to frameworks that describe business models and foster experimentation to develop, test, and scale new business models. Prerequisites: none. (As offered)
