Catalog description

This course immerses students in applying fundamental design thinking principles and innovative problem-solving mindsets and tools to address business and societal challenges. Students will use a mix of human-centered design techniques to gather information, develop empathy with the user, generate ideas, and prototype products, services, and experiences that address the target audience's needs and jobs to be done. Prerequisites: Admission to the MBA program. (As offered)
